These General Terms of Use of the website are intended to regulate the provision by RedBar of corporate information of the Company to Website Users, as well as to inform about the use and limitations regarding the processing of the information contained on the Website by Users. By browsing the RedBar Website, you acquire the status of User, which implies acceptance, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these General Terms of Use. RedBar may modify these General Terms at any time without prior notice. Likewise, RedBar reserves the right to modify, delete or update the content included in the Website, as well as to suspend, interrupt or cease operations at any time without prior notice, whether for security, technical or any other reasons.

Therefore, RedBar is not obliged to meet specific levels of availability of the Website nor to adopt specific security measures. Likewise, RedBar may suspend, withdraw or cancel, in whole or in part, the published corporate information at any time without prior notice.

These General Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for the resolution of any disputes.
